Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Eligibility & Payment Requirement

  • This service is strictly available for customers located within Nairobi.

  • Payment First: Amendments will only begin after the dress has been purchased and paid for in full. We do not alter unpaid items or items on hold.

2. Turnaround Time

  • Once payment is confirmed and measurements are taken, the standard turnaround time for amendments is 12 to 48 hours.

  • While we always strive to meet this timeline, you will be notified immediately if any complex adjustments require additional time.

3. Final Sale Policy (No Refunds, No Returns)

  • Customized Items are Final: Once a dress has undergone any physical modifications or amendments, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Permanent Ownership: The amended dress belongs to the customer permanently. Because the garment has been uniquely adjusted to fit your specific measurements, it cannot be resold or returned to our inventory.
