We want to get your outfits to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Here is what you need to know about our delivery times:

Delivery Timeline: Deliveries take anywhere from 5 hours to 5 days, depending entirely on your location.
Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Expect the fastest delivery times, often arriving within a few hours of dispatch.
Outside Nairobi / Worldwide: Delivery timelines will vary depending on your specific region, up to a maximum of 5 business days.
Tracking & Updates: Once your order is dispatched, our team will provide you with the necessary tracking details or rider updates so you know exactly when to expect your package.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we accept returns for a refund under the following strict conditions:

1-Day Return Window: You must initiate and return the clothes within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will unfortunately not be accepted.
Tag Integrity: For a refund to be approved, all original clothing tags must remain fully attached and unremoved.
Garment Condition: Clothes must be returned in the exact same pristine condition they were delivered in—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any stains or scents.
